• Open the C drive or the drive where Pastel is installed and right click on the Pastel folder or data folder and click on Properties as shown below:
  
  
•  Click on the Sharing tab and click on Advanced Sharing button
  
  
• Select the check box Share this folder and click on Permissions button
  
  
• Select the group Everyone and click the Full control, change and read boxes the click on apply and OK

• Click on Security tab, click on Edit, add Everyone and give full control

• Click Apply and OK to save changes.
• The folder will then be shared and accessible to the workstations.
